【イベントレポート】ヌーベルパティスリーデュジャポンの講習会に協力させて頂きました。
大阪（ドーバー洋酒貿易株式会社関西支店）にて9月27日（水）中野賢太シェフKenta Nakano(株式会社ダロワイヨジャポン）によるヌーベルパティスリーデュジャポンの勉強会に協力させて頂きました。
中野シェフはアンベール社のマロン商品とシコリ社の冷凍フルーツ商品を使用して秋・クリスマス・バレンタイン向けのケーキをデモンストレーションしていただきました。
今回、講習会を通じて沢山の方々にお会いでき、関係者の皆様に感謝いたします。
